Hays Nature Preserve is a piece of heaven...

Well as I grapple with my own weight, I thought I'd do a non-entertainment for the belly this week. I absolutely love Hays Nature Preserve in Owens Cross Roads. Some of you know it as Hampton Cove but I choose to call it by its given name. The Preserve offers walking trails, bike trails, fishing, kayaking, hiking, and general lounging by the river. I ride my bike on the trails about three plus times a week. It helps motive me into riding more because the scenery after every corner offers something different. I have bought a significant other there in the past and it is a great date spot for intimate talks as you walk. I've also taken a lot of memorable photos there with my fuji and they always turn into wall hanging pieces.
